Michael Emerson, Jennifer Esposito, and Dwayne Wade Arrive at the Jimmy Fallon Show

Actually, we unexpectedly caught Jennifer Esposito leaving Rockefeller Center. That was a nice surprise. She has aged gracefully. The video of Michael Emerson is brief. He was in a hurry to get upstairs to the studio, but promised to sign some autographs when he departed, but we were unable to wait for him. Dwayne Wade was a lot taller than I expected. I'm 6'4" and he was significantly taller than I am. He's listed at 6'4" too, but he has to be about 6'6". D.Wade graciously signed some autographs on basketballs and other sports paraphernalia before escaping into Rockefeller Center.

Minka Kelly Poses for CHARLIE'S ANGELS

Minka Kelly, star of Charlie's Angels, posed for the paparazzi in New York City after taping the Late Show with David Letterman and beautifully walked across the street to sign a few autographs for some fans; however, things got a little disorderly and she cut it short and dashed into her awaiting SUV.

Taylor Lautner for ABDUCTION

After Taylor Lautner taped the Late Show with David Letterman, he graciously signed autographs for his fans who waited tirelessly for him. The situation got rowdy and some fans really pushed the nerves of the Late Show security.

I have to say that Taylor Lautner looked a lot shorter and smaller in person than he does on the big screen. It looked like he didn't have a muscle on his body. Was it the suit?

Taylor didn't pause to take pictures for the paparazzi and was therefore given a round of "boos" as he entered his awaiting SUV.

Tiger Woods and Amy Poehler Arrive @ Rockefeller Center

Tiger Woods arrived at Rockefeller Center to tape the LATE NIGHT WITH JIMMY FALLON show and just like the page repeatedly informed everyone, Tiger didn't stop to sign any autographs and had his own (huge) bodyguards. And he was very stoic - he didn't even glance at the fans!

Tiger arrived with a large entourage of two Chevy Tahoe SUVs and used one of them as a decoy to escape through the garage after the taping the show.

SURVIVOR'S Jeff Probst Signs Autographs @ Rockefeller Center

Jeff Probst signed a couple of autographs after taping a segment on LATE NIGH WITH JIMMY FALLON at Rockefeller Center. I'm a huge fan of SURVIVOR, so it was interesting to see Jeff; however, he looked a lot more mature than I expected and it looks like he lets his hair grow when he's not taping the show.

Snooki Poses for Paparazzi on Broadway in New York City

As you'll see, we started filming before sundown, but Snooki didn't leave the Ed Sullivan theater until about thirty minutes after the tapping of THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN ended.
I was surprised there were so many paparazzi and photographers braving the bitter cold to wait for her, but not that many fans. The one fan that was waiting for Snooki with a large picture for her sign went home without her signature after Snooki refused to roll down the window of her Town Car. I'm surprised she wasn't in an SUV. Is it because she's a reality television star? It appears that the LATE SHOW reserves Town Cars for writers, animal trainers, reality stars, etc...
However, I must say, she looked a lot prettier in person than I expected or was it the makeup?

Keri Hilson Photo Shoot Outside the LETTERMAN Show

Keri Hilson and her backup singers decided to do an impromptu photo shoot in their stage customs after taping their performance on the Late Show. They actually looked a lot like the Dream Girls. And it looks like Nicki Minaj has started a trend of African-American female celebrities wearing wigs.

Shaquille O'Neal and Nicole "Hoopz" Alexander "Announce" Their Relationship

Shaquille O'Neal and Nicole "Hoopz" Alexander kissed for the paparazzi outside the Late Show with David Letterman. It appears that they wanted to announce to the world that they're a couple. Despite the blistery cold, Shaq signed a few autographs for fans before hopping in a stretch limousine. That style of limousine isn't really used anymore by celebrities, but Shaq must have needed the extra leg room.

Johnny Depp Causes Near Riot in New York

This was the biggest and rowdiest crowd I've ever seen outside the LETTERMAN show. There were three fights, at least two people were inadvertently hit in the face including Johnny Depp, pictures were ripped and it was bitter cold - through it all Johnny was gracious, patient, and fearless enough to sign a ton of autographs and pose for photos.

Nicki Minaj Causes Pandemonium Signing Autographs in NYC

Nicki Minaj was visibly stressed and overwhelmed by the numerous requests for autographs and photos from her throng of fans. Some of them waited for over four hours to see and travelled from as far away as Colorado and Miami. Nicki was gracious and tried to accommodate everyone, and even rolled down the window of her SUV to take a few more photos with fans until one got too close. I have to admit that I was surprised by how pretty Nicki Minaj was in person. )You never know with photoshop these days.) And she appeared to have lost a significant amount of weight.

Jim Carrey Briefly Signs Autographs in NYC After Taping "The Late Show with David Letterman"

Most of the fans outside of Ed Sullivan theater were apparently waiting for Nicki Minaj, but Jim Carrey had some fans there too - some of whom kept referring to him as The Cable Guy. Jim Carrey briefly signed some autographs and posed for a few photos, but unlike Nicki Minaj, he didn't roll down the window of his SUV on the corner of 53rd and 8th to sign more autographs.

Tina Fey Signs Autographs for Radio Man in NYC

To the dismay of a lot of her fans, Tina Fey only signed autographs for Radio Man; however, when Radio Man asked Tina if she wanted to sign a photo of the two of them together she declined. The photo was probably from when Radion Man made a cameo appearance on 30 Rock. That's correct, the homeless man in the video was actually on Tina's show.

Slash Signs Autographs in NYC After THE LATE SHOW

Slash's bodyguard was very cautious about repeat autograph seekers. He had a keen eye and was quick to say, "That's it my man, we got to get going." Despite repeated pleas and attempts by professional "graphers", the bodyguard didn't bulge - he simply stated, "That's it!" Obviously, the bodyguard didn't have the recession in mind. It's probably hard out here for a "grapher" and Slash didn't seem to mind signing autographs, so I wonder what the big deal was.

Kid Cudi Signs Autographs in NYC After THE LATE SHOW

I have to say we were surprised by Kid Cudi's screaming female fans. Usually hip-hop fans are more subdued and we see that type of behavior directed at Pop and movie stars. And despite the fact that Kid Cudi took pictures and signed autographs after he exited the studio, they still chased him down 53rd street. Mr. Cudi was gracious enough to roll down the window and even cautioned his female fans to be careful to avoid getting their toes smashed by his SUV.

Robert Downey Jr Poses for Paparazzi Outside THE LATE SHOW WITH LETTERMAN

The temperature recently dropped over 20 degrees in NYC; therefore, most of Robert Downey Jr's fans were not prepared for the cold weather. I actually left 53rd street two times in an attempt to warm up. I went to Hello Deli and bought a cup of black tea from Rupert Jee, but once I discovered that Rupert didn't give me my customary "one sugar," I walked to Starbucks for brown sugar, and a warm Old Fashioned doughnut. On the way back I stopped to buy a fake black "cashmere" scarf from a street vendor on Broadway.

Will Ferrell Signs Autographs Outside of The LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN

After almost two years, we're back! I didn't even realize it had been that long. I finished the novel, and despite the fact that I'm currently working on a non-fiction book, we're going to do this blog full-time again. Expect a new design and features, and as you'll see, the quality of the video is superior to the previous videos due to Ralph, the head videographer.

In our first video back, Will Ferrell jokes with a fan that she should keep his picture in SARAN Wrap after he signed it.

I'm going on hiatus until further notice. I'll be back soon. Until then, please enjoy the archives.

Jeremy Piven Promotes His Broadway Play and Gets Chastised By the Paps Outside the " David Letterman" Show

While signing autographs, Jeremy Piven was promoting his new Broadway play, "Speed-the-Plow." He said to his fans, and autograph seekers, "Speed-the-Plow is open. Are you guys gonna come? It's up and running."

He was then chastised by the paps for being to close to the cameras. One pap said, "Too close. We love you, but not that much!" but as he walked into the Ed Sullivan theater one (gay) pap said, "Good to see you handsome!"
